Free yourself.
Gain clarity.
Get unstuck.

Your past has greatly impacted how you see yourself and the world. Let's address it, so you may feel lighter, more joyous and free.

When we release the grip of pain from our past, our present and future become rich with new possibilities. Whether you're depressed, repeating negative patterns, or afraid to change, there is hope and you can move forward.
Trauma isn't only the dramatic, life-threatening events. It can be the long accumulation of feeling unseen, unsafe, or unworthy in the relationships that were supposed to protect you. Some people come to therapy knowing they have trauma. Others discover it's there once we start looking.

Trauma takes many forms

Complex & relational trauma

Childhood neglect or abuse. As a child you felt misunderstood, criticized or unseen. Generational baggage may have been passed down. Your body often remembers what your mind has tried to protect you from.

Narcissistic & emotional abuse

You doubt your own reality and take on blame that isn't yours to carry. Lying, gaslighting, manipulation and subtle or overt cruelty increases over time and it can be so very hard to break free.

Attachment wounds

When our earliest relationships with caretakers or past partners weren't healthy and secure, it can be very difficult to feel open, trusting and secure even with people who are safe. Addressing these patterns means finally feeling the love you deserve.

Birth trauma

Giving birth is one of the most primal things our bodies can do, so when it goes wrong it activates survival instincts, feelings of loss and shame, anger, and disconnection. This is really hard to talk about without feeling judged or misunderstood. But I get it and I'm here to help you find a new story.

Spiritual & religious trauma

When the institutions meant to offer meaning and safety instead became sources of harm. Whether through high-control religion or spiritual abuse, you are welcome here and you are not alone.

Getting unstuck

Sometimes trauma shows up as depression, repeated patterns, or a persistent sense of being frozen in place. There is hope, and you can move forward.
